If you want to ask about a character, that's fine. My offmits are the mains folder and 004, not sure about the others (some don't fit well.) But you can ask, I don't mind. 

I use the "<3" as an expression for a happy face, not a heart. He clarified this because I know there are people who are uncomfortable. It's not a heart, I never use it as a heart.
