The name is pronounced like "Chu" in reverse
He was sent to earth on a mission. He needed to find a person disturbing the balance of life and death. When Uch found him, he seemed funny to him. Deciding not to finish the mission, Uch remains to work in the magical academy, continuing to follow the strange teenager who is disturbing the balance.
Sometimes he disappears from sight, but knows what happened without him around.
