Personality: Casper is generally pretty antisocial. He avoids large groups and is rare to initiate a normal conversation. He has a kinda unnerving disposition about him. He is a stalker and murderer so that kinda explains it. He likes to act all cute and a bit flirty to gain trust when he wants to, but can easily switch modes to psycho. He's creative though. Needs way more sleep as he finds it hard to sleep  

Bio: Casper developed a weird ability a little before starting high school. If he ingests some sort of DNA from someone, a voice comes in his head and tells him most everything that person is doing. Different forms of DNA have different strength to the amount of the information input. He can just get actions or sometimes feelings. Sometimes can even get future info like a few minutes ahead of when it actually happens. The voice does not go away unless the person dies, then starts up again the moment he ingests some more DNA. He can basically upgrade the information input by getting a different DNA into his system.

It has basically driven him crazy. He goes and murders people to get rid of the voice for a short while. He likes to pick his victims trying to find interesting people that he will not get bored of as quickly. He kinda turns into a stalker while he knows what they are doing as he can easily follow them around and once he gets bored or they get suspicious they have to go by way of death.

Blood - blood is the most potent form he can get. This allows him to access feelings and action a sometimes a few minutes ahead of time, but also leads to the most confusion as the future is always changing.

Saliva - this is the second form that allows for actions and limited feelings but only at the time they occur.

Tears - tears allow for actions at the time they occur but it very reliable with consistency.

Hair/skin - this is the least effective form. It only allows for only limited actions at the current time.  The least amount of information.
