Although he make act like a frat kid, he knows when to be serious. He just likes to lighten the mood. Tobias is a very optimistic person and is not afraid to go above & beyond to help someone, especially since he works as an EMT. Tobi thought about joining the National Gaurd, but a paramedic who saved his roommate's life changed his mind.
When he's not on shift/call, he likes to watch nature documentaries and do crafts. His favorite ice cream flavor is cherry-dipped vanilla.
He's Miller's cousin. They have a big brother-little brother relationship, Tobias being the little brother of course.
Design Notes:
- He has two crooked horns in the center of his head, but I don’t mind if you draw only one or none lol. I forget to draw them too! XD
