It

It was created through the anguish of an unborn child about their lot in life and used to call itself "help" since that was the first word it heard in its mind. It's appearance represents the childs suffering: the eyes of the childs bullies are visible on its whole body and there is a gunshot wound in its head. It has XO written in its forhead as this is what the child ended their suicide note on. Since it is created from the childs desperate energy it doesn't have a corporal form and mostly looks like a head on a stomach only. 

It saw its purpose in saving the child but it faild and the child died by suicide at the tender age of fifteen. 

Since than it gave up the name "help" because it couldn't help its child and has devoted its life to scaring/ torturing bullies. It doesn't really understand the difference between causing someone a small shock and mentally torturing them so it often goes overboard.

It does this by appearing in a bullies dreams and the corner of their eyes and mirrors. 

It tends to see the world in black and white/good and evil. When if has made its judgement its very hard to get it to reconsider.

It can communicate through tarot, pendulum etc. But mostly doesnt feel the need to. 

However for some reason (it doesn't know why) it has a real sense of humor and loves good comebacks!
