Design Terms of Use
• My designs MAY be resold,traded, or gifted at the prices they were purchased at, with the addition of the price of applicable art. If they were free designs, you may not sell them outright but you may charge for extra art as long as I don't explicitly state it it cannot be transferred. You may trade or gift free designs. (honestly if it was free and you have no art but you ask me I'll probably be fine with you reselling, otherwise its a bit rude)
• You may make changes to whatever extent you want, as long as I'm credited for my original work
• You may change species as you desire, but if you are transferring them into a closed species please ask me first (Just to ensure that their rules do not directly conflict with my interest for my work), eg the species rules don't overwrite my terms of service. I'll probably say yes.
• You may use my designs in breedings as long as the offspring are not clones/copies of the design and not abused for profit.
• Please do not use my work commercially without my express consent. If it was a paid design, I'll more than likely say yes.
• Please do not add rules to my designs. I WILL NOT enforce them or get involved in those disputes.
*As a disclaimer, I will not hold it against people if its a legitimate accident. I will just decline to draw commissions of characters belonging to people who are problematic or sell adopts to people trying to buy on their behalf. I have all of these people blocked. This just means don't knowingly help people block evade me to obtain my work.
I'm super not nitpicky about what you do with my designs, just like- be respectful of my work/don't take advantage of it or I won't work with you again
