Risa is an imp who lives in the shadows of Jpeg's apartment. She doesn't take life very seriously. If anything she'll try to turn most situations she's in into a joke. One of her favorite things to do is tick people off via being "cursed" (eg: the 'cereal' debate )

"Funny story! They moved into the apartment I was staying in! HA! You should've seen them the day they moved in. I kept moving their stuff around and poking at them until they got so mad they tried to light up the whole apartment! We're chill now don't worry!"
What brought you to the surface world?
"Hell was getting boring. So I moved to the surface! It's more fun to mess with people when they can't tell what I'll do next!"
"Simple! If there's a shadow anywhere, I can phase into it and move around anywhere within that shadow!
...and that's it. I mean I can bring in some things but only if I can carry it. Yep, still need to be in the physical world to do anything."

- Despite being a shadow creature, Risa isn't bothered by bright areas unless it's a minimalist apartment ("I don't know it feels... theatening? Is that the word?")
- She knows how to play the piccolo. How to tune it? That's a different story
- She admins a bunch of cursed image pages. While a bunch of them are regular memes there's a concerningly high amount of original cursed images on her pages
- She freeloads in terms of paying rent, but the main reason she gets away with it is because it's hard to kick out something that can melt away in the shadows at any time.
