Lorrimer Kyler-Coeman

Lorrimer tries hard to blend in with the native residents of the city of Alpin. He takes a lot of care of his appearance, and dresses neatly, but in unflashy colours or styles. As well as slicking back his strawberry blond hair since it's a common style. Lorrimer lost his right eye when he was 7, he wears pince-nez glasses, with the right side having a black lens to cover his missing eye. Lorrimer hates things touching his face and has a hard time wearing his glasses, but the want to be able to see trumps how much he dislikes actually wearing the things; he still will them off as soon as he gets home though.

Like many alps from the northern region of Isador, his face is covered in faint freckles, and he has slightly pointed ears. Despite being very much an alp, his gold eye colour and pointed canines often has people assuming him to be a werewolf. Lorrimer has culturally significant tattoos on his forearms that start a couple of inches past his wrist, on his lower legs, and feet. He keeps his tattoos covered, but one can still get occasional glimpses of the crook-and-eye pattern on his arms when his sleeves ride up.

Lorrimer has a hard time judging people's emotions towards him, his default guess is that he’s tolerable… at best. As far as he can remember, he has always struggled with holding conversations that go past basic pleasantries, never quite knowing exactly how people want him to respond to things. Generally, he comes off as rather dry, but still friendly. However the longer one talks to him, Lorrimer becomes increasingly curt, sometimes accidentally being straight up rude, as he fumbles for words. Lorrimer hates that he’s like this, but has no idea how to be any other way.

Lorrimer knows he can be hard to get along with and will make random gestures to try to even things, especially with people he suspects actually like him. He has always had a hard time making friends and will desperately try to appease those he starts getting close to so they won’t ditch him.
