A tea loving Lugia who has very overprotecting parents, which lead to her not getting to do very much when she was younger. Because of this, she has become a somewhat stubborn adult, where if someone says she shouldn't do something her immediate response is to do it. She use to be more shy with strangers, not being use to meeting a lot of new people, but has since opened up more into her more sassy sarcastic self.
Personality:
Stella is a person who over the years has gotten far more relaxed about many things. She use to be more uptight and formal, but that was just because she wanted to seem put together. After being more use to interacting with a lot of people she has learned to roll with what happens in life and make the best with what you have. No point in fretting about the past, or trying not to anyway. Other than that, she still takes her job fairly seriously, always trying to get her work done on time, and to the best of her abilities. Though she will admit she has been banned from bringing tea in the library as she kept staining the books. If you get to know her well enough she will jokingly make sarcastic jokes, and do a lot of snorting into her tea and laughing. If not, chances are she'll just hide her laughing behind her teacup. She can be fairly stubborn when it comes to doing things for herself, to the point of only asking for help after something has gone wrong, and then bow her head and ask for assistance.

Additional Info:
* She's a pretty fast reader, after reading so many books over the years.
* SUPER SUPER CLUMSY its part of the reason she gets so many tea stains on everything.
* Pretty bad at paying attention to her surroundings, she could probably easily get lost.
* Almost always has her teacup with her, and if she doesn't then she has something with a lid to hold her tea in it.
* Best friends with her childhood friend Ethain, who was one of the few people she knew when she was younger. She always keeps ice cream in her freezer for when he comes over and totally watches his spanish soap operas with him to make dumb comments for him to complain about.
