All sales are final, and I will not provide any refunds.
Redesigns:
You are welcome to redesign a character from me as much as you like so long as original credit is attributed to me. Do not take full credit for the design no matter how much the design has changed. However, do not edit the original artwork in any way, including but not limited to: lines, colour, etc. I will do small edits for free (such as changing the eye colour).
Commercial usage:
I do not allow for commercial usage.
Reselling:
You are welcome to resell one of my designs so long as you paid for it, and you cannot sell it for more than what you paid without additional art that contributes to its worth. I am not responsible for tracking these instances of changing ownership, but you’re welcome to send me a message if you have concerns if a character is being marked up unfairly (as this is against my ToS).
Usage:
Do not use my designs to create hateful/harmful content, including but not limited to: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. Additionally, do not use my designs in any form of illegal pornographic content, including but not limited to: “loli/shotacon”, suggestive content of minors, suggestive content of animals, etc.
