Ever since he was a softbyte, gangreana senilis had become the only constant in Otr’s life. There were no tears, only gold specs littering the floor. Every so often a maid comes in and sweeps it up- placing it in their pocket and handing off the rest to the royal family. Otr had become his family's cash cow at his expense.
Personality.
Soft-hearted / Spitefulblah blah blah talk about ur character's personality here. also bc sometimes i see ppl put in traits for the bane and boon: a boon is something that is beneficial and a bane is one that is detrimental. i usually put those there as like, BIG traits that the character is formed around & are highlighted the most in their personality. also i stole them from the character creation screen from fire emblem fates cuz i thought they sounded cool. which they do btw!

Past .
Ótr's parents deprived him of sunlight, interaction with other bots, and love. The only bots he would see were the ones who would come collect the tears he shed. Yet they would not speak to him. Eventually, Ótr could no longer cry gold. His family begged and begged him to make more. The money stopped coming without him, and people began to doubt the royal family's authority. He was no longer Eagragon’s successor. Ótr was eventually beaten. If he could no longer shed tears, he could still shed blood. The filigree covering his body hides all the wounds he sustained. He wished to leave his home, to live in peace until his body would eventually become fully preserved in filigree.
Present .
In revenge Ótr killed his family, the ones who took everything from him. News of the scandal spread throughout the kingdom. There were death threats, failed assassinations, and secret letters of support for the outed prince. He regained his title of prince and silently watches over the kingdom. He is now taking back control of his life by going out as much as he can.
