Birdy

Birdy is an anthropormorphic macaw. In her standard version, all of her feathers are lime green and she has an orange beak and legs. Her feet have three toes each, with two in the front and one in the back, with a peach-colored talon on each toe. She has a cluster of bushy tail feathers that nearly touch the ground, which is also lime green. Her eyes are cyan blue.

Birdy's color palette changes when she goes into her "True Colors" form. This form activates when Birdy is feeling intense positive emotions, such as excitement, happiness, connection, and love. In this version, the orange of her beak and legs is a slightly redder shade. Shades of yellow and pastel pink are patterned onto her wings and tail feathers. On her chest and stomach, there is a large patch of yellowish-green, and there is a pink heart-shaped marking over where her heart is. Three pink blush marks are on each of her cheeks, and her eyes also become a shade of pink.

Birdy tries her best to be kind and optimistic toward others. She takes great pride in the friends that she has, and always loves to make them happy. She is known for having a lot of passion for her hobbies and interests, and when asked, can ramble endlessly about the things she loves. Vocaloid music, rhythm games, lost media, and video games are among some of her favorite topics of discussion. However, her biggest source of joy comes from her artistic talent by creating characters and stories that connect with people.

While Birdy's intensity toward her passions tend to be a good thing, they are also her biggest detriment. She can become so attached to characters, interests, and even people that it can get to the point of unhealthy obsession. When she can't get her way, or her unhealthy attachments come back to haunt her, then she tends to beat herself over it. It's hard for her to kick bad habits and develop new, better ones.
