Physical Description: 

Even for a Kimet, Jin cuts a towering and imposing figure. His large keel bone provides an effortlessly prideful posture, and the lengthy plumage along his arms compliments pride with grace.

A tall, narrow beak holds together a pair of spectacles, which have been surgically embedded into the keratin as a permanent fixture upon his face. Indeed, Jin's yellow colored eyes maintain a myopic sense of sight, which is not about to improve with age.

Brilliant crimson a violent plumage atop his head swoops into a true crest, adding a regalness to Jin's pride and grace.

He sports a long, swooping tail, with broad feathers that betray his tempers; fanning out when he is irritated or excitable, and smoothing against one another during his more commonly quiet moods.

All in all, Jin is a portrait of scholarly majesty. Despite being as old as dust he is, by popular opinion, surprisingly attractive for a living fossil.

Personality:

One might imagine that a Kimet with good looks must have the charisma to back it.

Jin does not.

His immaculate posture and bright feathers belie his ornery and reclusive nature. He's obsessive; hoarding information and knowledge like a dragon hoards gold, Jin's priorities are not on making friends.

Straight forward and to the point, he affords little effort towards niceties, making him very difficult to work with. As a Vizier, Jin is expected to work with a large team of understudies to help document and disseminate his wealth of knowledge; an invaluable commodity to many Kimet cultures. Unfortunately, he's much too occupied with gathering knowledge, and vests little interest into properly documenting it.

His advisers and understudies are infinitely frustrated with him, but Jin simply does not care.
