-He lives in a damp cave and hoards a mountain of gold and diamonds, he will give you a handful if you answer a riddle or question correctly.

-He guards a castle's entrance but makes most of his gold though his accountant job for an entire city since he is very intelligent, quick, great at math and also great at organisation.

-Hangnail built him a miniature cabin from leftover firewood and popsicle sticks, it rests beautifully on top of the golden mountain in his cave.

-He grooms himself regularly and takes care of his feathers, he cares a surprising amount about his appearance and keeps his mane messy in a formulated way. Of course it means that it's expensive but he's basically rich so it’s not an issue for him.

-When it comes to children with his riddles, he makes them easier for them but with smaller rewards like a pocket money worth of gold or a handful of candy. As they get older, the riddles get harder but, with that difficulty, the reward becomes larger(idea from Vapor).

-Younger children get told riddles that they may have heard of in school like most of the sphinx's riddles(idea from indigosky).

-He loves social gatherings and still well known for his both wealth and goofy nature. He's even been invited to parties ran by rich people and, even, royalty(idea from Vapor).

-Unlike Hangnail, he is enamoured about Sukie's knowledge on witchcraft as he also dabbles in it, just not as much as she does.

-He is a fan of sour food, mainly if it's candy like lemondrops but he can handle anything that is sour in flavour(idea from indigosky).

-His only other co-worker in his guard job is Voludus who's more of the lookout that chases down any intruders, they are friendly with each other as they both often work toghter to hunt down intruders.

-The birdman gets especially theatrical when it comes to explaining any complex subjects and ideas. (idea from purenai).

Abilities/Biology

-Since his wings are massive, he can fly for a long time and can fly pretty fast, being able to go as fast as 120km/h during a busy day.

-He's a lot stronger then he looks. He has been able to carry Romeo, Olivia and Hangnail on his back with little strain, although, it's one at a time and anymore on his back would probably kill him.

-His eyes are quite sensitive to light because they were mostly built for night, he tries his best to keep them shaded in his guard job by wearing a brimmed tin helmet(idea by Baisol).
