Berk is an unsociable and strong-willed young kid who's felt disconnected from others around them most of their life. Uninterested in what people have to say but fascinated with the world around them, often hiding at the nearby creaks and forests to avoid their classes. Though not entirely uncommon, Berk's powers never surfaced and they've had little care for the magic taught to them, until they get caught in the crossfires of a conflict and latent magical energy begins manifesting in response to Berk's emotions. Now multiple strange parties are after them and they get tangled up with Cowl and Ramone, two strangers that have more connecting them together than they could have known

-Powers are generally unawakened and form in the shape of electrical spikes of energy
