Toma Oshiro

・Born in Osaka, Japan, he moved to America at a young age when his mother was offered a job with a high-end company in the states
・Having to work long hour days, his mother enrolled him in piano classes where he quickly excelled and become somewhat of a child prodigy
・Met Dusk in kindergarten. They quickly bonded over the fact that they were the only two non-english speakers in class
・Sometime between the end of middle school and the start of high school, Dusk + Toma formed their band Decline to State but struggled to find a permanent 3rd member until they met Seth some years later

Physical Description

・Short in stature + temperament
・He wears proscription color contact lenses (wears glasses only when he's home + doesn't have company)
・Has black hair which is bleached blond in different styles from time to time
・is not opposed to / occasionally seen wearing scrunchies, hairbands, or hairpins
・5 ear piercings; two in his right and three in his left
