adopt / design TOS:

All new owners must be aware of my tos . No exceptions . 

- you may ONLY re trade , sell, or gift my adopts / designs to people who have toyhouse.

- you may only sell an oc for money or da points ect once they have 1 piece of hand drawn art added. No bases . If you bought the oc you can resell it for the amount bought. again , you can only resell it for more if it has added art. 

- if you get an oc from me for free.. you can not trade it , get art for it, or sell it for any type of currency / online currency .. unless you have added at least one piece of hand drawn art. No bases / ychs unless made by yourself. 

- you may redesign them a little but keep the design recognizable (I get rlly sad when ppl redesign my characters a lot)

- this one’s obvious but don’t claim a design as your own

- don’t private or delete any of my adopts off of toyhouse. If you do choose to private them you HAVE to authorize me. If you do delete a design off of toyhouse - or move it off toyhouse - I WILL revoke it and re-upload any art I made back to toyhouse. And it will be re-sold , traded , ect. 

- do not use adopts for any hate symbols .

- do not make nsfw of any feral characters or characters that are made as a minor.  The only exception is if you give a feral character an anthro form or if you give a minor character an adult tab or something . But don’t make it weird cuz that is kind of pushing my buttons.

- you can make other forms / genders / ages of characters i make.
