She/They - Vaporeon (Water)

A pokemon pirate who sails across the shores and seas to each region, hoping to find danger and new discoveries. She’s basically the grim reaper of any water pokemon that come off as a threat. 

Her appearance is darker than a normal Vaporeon’s color scheme. There are tattoos surrounding her shoulders, legs and tail. Her fins on her face are tattered. An eye patch covers her missing eye along with her scars on that side. She also has a prosthetic arm made out of natural materials, and a few sharpedo teeth from a battle.
