Summary
Zahhri is a fairly shut in type of person, prefering the company of his guardian, Hirsch, over anyone else. He angers easily and can become snappy over the smallest things. He used to be quiet and easy-going, but after he was betrayed by the Empire, he developed a hatred towards others and put up walls to guard himself. It was only after Hirsch found him and took care of him, asking for nothing in return, that Zahhri let those walls down a little to let him in. He trusts him with his life.
He tends to spend time fooling around in the nearby woods, chasing small animals and getting dirty. People will often comment on how 'doglike' he is, and this causes him great distress. This is because he is also a mutant, carrying the werewolf gene. He tries his best to hide his mutation from people, often wearing shades and scarves to hide his odd eyes and tattered gills. He'd do anything to rid himself of the stress and anger this causes him.

Trivia
- He rarely bathes in water, as he has a fear of drowning since he ripped his fins and gills, so instead he just rolls in dirt to try and get rid of any mites or lice that might be on him. The only way he'll bathe in a bath is if Hirsch holds him while they both bathe together.
- He has the uncanny ability to sense people's auras, similar to how animals often know if a person is good or bad just by their presence.
- Even though it's probably bad for him, he only eats raw meat. He likes the texture of it over cooked meat any day.
- Just like a dog, he'll often kick and 'bark' while he's dreaming. This amuses Hirsch to no end, and he laughs at poor Zahhri's embarrassed face when he wakes him up to tell him.
- He also buries bones in Hirsch's backyard. He never goes back to them however, he just has an impulse to do it for fun.
Appearance
Zahhri is incredibly small, standing at barely 4 feet tall. No one is sure what makes him so small, though it could have something to do with his body conserving energy for when he shifts into a huge beast during full moons. His hair is tightly curled and quite coarse, almost feeling like dog fur. His body is quite thin, sporting almost no muscle, and only a little bit of fat around his stomach from eating so well.
He has a smallish, downturned nose and a permanent snarl. His eyes have almost black sclera and fuchsia irises, courtesy of his mutation. He also has full lips and sharp teeth that have been filed into points.
His clothing basically only consists of long sleeved shirts and pants, scarves, and shades to cover his eyes. He has stretchmarks all over his body from constantly having his tiny frame contort into something monsterous, and this causes him to be extremely self conscious.

 Daovia [Ally]
Daovia is one of the few people Zahhri doesn't hold paranoia over. He's seen time and time again that she is a loving, trustworthy person, and doesn't feel like he has to worry about her turning on him. At first he despised her constantly peppy personality, but he soon came to accept that she's just like that. He'll occasionally talk to her when Hirsch isn't around, but he mostly keeps to himself around her, and instead non-verbally shows his appreciation by smiling at her and sitting closer to her than usual.

 Djenah [Acquaintance]
After Zahhri found out that Djenah was the main reason he didn't succumb to his injuries, he's held a quiet respect for her as well. He never talks to her of his own accord, but has helped collect and deliver herbs and bones for her a few times with Hirsch. He senses that she has a warm aura, and knows that should he need to, he can always come to her for help.

 Rahart [Rival]
He's met Rahart a handful of times, and neither of them seem to get along well with each other, especially since they're both paranoid wrecks. He finds Rahart's cocky personality extremely grating, and tends to snap at him whenever he's around before skulking off back to Hirsch and glaring at the boy.
