General Rules
- USD and PayPal only please. Once claimed I will note you my pp address or send an invoice.
- I retain the right to post any designs/art I have done for others in my gallery/portfolio or anywhere else.
- Please credit me if you post the design to anywhere or the first time you draw them. I am fox2210 on da/th/tumblr. Fox221o on instagram and twitter.
- DO NOT edit my art without my explicit permission. This means no color swapping, drawing clothes over etc. without asking me beforehand first!
- Gifting/trading/reselling is ok!
Auction/Flat sale - Designs bought via auction or flat sale can be resold for what they were bought for. Do NOT sale them for more than you bought them for, unless when adding to the price from commissions!! Trading and gifting are ok.
Freebies/Raffles/Gifts- DO NOT trade or sell them (this only applies to designs I've made). Only gift them to others. If you don’t want a design(s) you’ve gotten that were created by me that were free, transfer it back to me or gift it to someone else.

Image Rights - I reserve the right to post whatever I draw, commissions/gift art/art trades to my portfolio and various social media sites.
Delivery/Turnaround
My turnaround is generally fairly fast, and can be anywhere from a week to two weeks depending on the complexity of the commission(s). But I also work full time and sometimes in the evenings and weekends. I work on owed art/commissions primarily during the evenings and weekends. - All files will be delivered through Deviantart stash and the link will stay up for a week after the commission/art is finished.
- File recovery: if you for some reason lose the file (specifically of art I've drawn for you), please let me know and I can go through my files and resend it to you. I keep everything I draw going back to 2006, so I can most likely get another copy of the file for you.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is paypal only and is expected upfront before I begin sketching. All edits during the sketch phase are free and simple edits during the lining phase are also free. There will be an extra $20 charge if I am asked to redo the commission from scratch after I have finished the lining or coloring phase. - I do do refunds, specifically after the first wip sketch is delivered if needed. If there is an issue please let me know and we can discuss it.
NFTS and AI - Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is any of my work, adopts, commissions etc. allowed to be used as, be involved with/in NFTS. or used to train AIs. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist and block.
- NOTHING created by me may be used under any circumstances in any blockchain-related technology. Including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future occurrences/inventions related to this. Nothing by me may be used to train AI in any shape or form.
- This also includes: any fanart, personal art, adoptables, commissions, art trades, gift art, ect. That I have made in the past/will make in the future.
Adopts (this applies only to designs that I have made)
- DO NOT edit my art in any way, shape, or form without my explicit permission before hand. This applies to color shifts as well.
- Please do not sell for more than what you originally bought the design for when selling, unless you are adding the price of added art/commissions.
- I reserve the right to post all adopts done by me to my portfolio or social media.
- All payment will be upfront and through PayPal. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in the design going back up for sale.
- Payment is expected before the character is transferred over.
- For OTA or art trades, pls have the art done within a month. After a month is up, the design will go back uft/OTA.
- For art trades: The art is expected to be finished and delivered to me before the character is transferred over.
- Please do not delete the character off of th.
- Users on my blacklist, are not allowed to own any characters designed by me. Selling/trading/gifting a design to someone on the blacklist will result in being added to the blacklist yourself.
- Edits are allowed to the design as long as the edits do not make the design completely unrecognizable. You ARE NOT allowed to edit the art itself.
- Designs purchased from me may not be used for commercial purposes unless explicit permission is given.
- Gifting, trading and reselling is ok!
