Skete

Skete (bighorn sheep) was the Bearer of the Curse of the Scout and a member of Zodiac’s organization. He’s the first individual from Zodiac’s organization to meet River. His powers allow him to move at incredible speeds, create shockwaves and dodge bullets but he cannot hear when moving at the speed of sound and his perception of time is incredibly slow when not using his Curse.
