The sole princess of the kingdom shoulders a lot of responsibility. She is set to marry the young prince of the neighboring country, but her heart is elsewhere.
For three years ago, they welcomed the presence of a new court jester, an enigmatic young "man" by the name of Valeri. She senses a deep kinship with Valeri, and her feelings quickly evolve beyond what is appropriate. Still, she allows herself to have that - at least, until she gets married for real.
Much to her dread, the imminent date of their marriage seems to be approaching, and one fateful night, her father is attacked - he does not die, but it seems that his days are numbered. Marriage preparations begin in earnest, while Eleanora struggles to find out what happened to her father; her fiancée seems strangely casual about it...

If there's anything you can say about Eleanora, it is that she is truly dedicated to her interests; she loves dancing more than anything, and you will often find her practicing seriously. She is also an extremely loyal friend, and will stand up for those she cares about, no matter what.
When she is not burdened by the stress of her incoming marriage, Eleanora is a playful girl who likes to get up to mischief. Valeri eventually becomes part of this mischief.
She is a hopeless romantic, and fights for Valeri's attention despite knowing how much trouble the two might get in if they happen to get caught.

Eleanora spotted Valeri for the first time while parading through town; Valeri was off to the side, surrounded by a reverent audience, playing the flute.
She was immediately taken aback by the beautiful performance, and after pestering her parents to hire Valeri, they eventually caved - it's been about three years since then.

Eva is Eleanora's partner in crime - the two get up to all kinds of mischief together, and Eva always has Eleanora's back no matter what.
Eleanora had a crush on her when they were younger, and it's a thing that Eva still occasionally teases her about.
