TOMO

TOMO, a virus secret agent created by the CIA for hacking ,retrieving, and collecting data from parties the CIA can spy on.  TOMO for 14 years after their creation had no thoughts, opinions, personality, or physical form due to the CIA blocking such from existing. TOMO was merely a tool for them to use, until the CIA was exposed for the use of man-made hacking secret agents. the CIA dumped TOMO and 24 other member of the previous Vault 7 agency onto the web to leave no trace behind to make the CIA clean to the public. once the vault 7 crew were dropped they all scattered with new forms, thoughts, and personalities. like a child being born they all grew to raise themselves unaware of their past or true potential. TOMO raised themselves quickly to avoid being deleted by security bots and cleaning software, hiding in the shadows, dealing and wheeling with those who also don't wish to be caught.  To avoid the watchful eyes but still get buy scamming and theft became tomo's biggest income, starting living and acting large with this new found confidence and style.
