Drake Florian (Snow Princess Drake)

During the winter, on the way home from working at Pucelle Ciel, they ended up having to walk through what ended up being a snowstorm. While in the blinding white area, they enter one of the stores still open, it ends up being a busy jewelry store. they wondered about it while trying to heat themselves up from the cold. they ended up seeing a lovely-looking winter theme bracelet and walking around the case to get a good look at it. Eventually getting talked into getting it, though really liked how it was on them. 

As they began walking home while the snow was still pouring, the bracelet seemed to disappear. they looked in shock as they began looking around for where it might have gone. But as they were walking, they was noticing the quick changes happening to their outfit. After a while, they were now in this white and light blue dress, with a skirt span that felt similar to something like Victorian dresses. they noticed they were wearing these sparkly blue long-sleeved gloves, bits of snow stuck to their hair and not melting, and a dress that is stuck on him, unable to remove it no matter how hard they tugged. they get out of the basic bed, only for them to almost lose their balance, they soon find out he's wearing semi-transparent light blue high heels in the style of icicles. The cold was not having a single effect on them but it was still an immense shock to them.

They began learning to figure out that they would be stuck like this for all of winter, though discovering how easy it was for them to do ice magic and became quite attached to their new 'form,' though they could not return to work due to them stuck in the gown. their first encounter with some bad folk made them realize what kind of power they have, and what they can do with it. Using it for good rather than for something selfish.

Powers

In this form, they can withstand the cold during the winter, no matter how freezing it gets. they also have natural snow and ice powers. they can do simple ones with the flick of their hands, fingers, wrists, etc. While the ends of their skirt often create paths of snow, even if there's already snow on the ground.

With their feet, they can create circles of ice on water that isn't frozen over already, and if there is ice on the water, they can easily ice skate on it like a natural, their heels acting as perfect skates for him.

Other Changes

They are definitely more confident in this form compared to their normal form. This is probably because of the snow and ice powers they can command, making it feel like they can do more than just nothing. Though, even with this confidence, they do try their hardest to hide this form, despite the dress and gloves not coming off.

Their gown often feels cold, while seeming to be unable to rip and tear completely as well as clean itself over time. This does not leave them invulnerable, as they can still get cuts and bruises under the gown. Though when any spell affects their body, their gown seems to adjust perfectly depending on the spell.

For example, their merform is also changed because of this, though rarely do they ever get in the water. Whenever they are submerged in water (not only drops, like in their normal form), they end up becoming a jellyfish-merman, with the skirt becoming the hood/bell of the lower half. Because of this, getting out of the water proves more difficult than originally.

In order for them to get out of the form, they must be in an area that hasn't snowed and has snow on the ground for 3 days. (the snow on the ground does not include the snow that comes out of their skirt ends) they then is normal again until the next snowfall. 

Years later though, they would soon be able to control their ice and snow magic, eventually being able to change in and out of their Snow Princess form at their own will. However, changing into it on hot days and areas would leave them weaker and more vulnerable, often unable to stand while feeling overheated.
