General TOS

• Creating NSFW content of characters you buy from me is absolutely fine~!
• I don't do refunds sorry.
• Any Art and Adoptables are for personal use only.  You may not use my art for any commercial uses unless discussed with me prior to purchasing.
• You may not edit my artwork.
• You may not use any of my artwork for contests.
• If art/adopts were not purchased with USD, they may NEVER be sold for USD regardless of what currencies you spend on them after purchasing.
  • EX: You buy an adopt for FRG but later spend USD on art of the adopt.  You may still only sell the adopt for FRG or other pet site currencies.  You may NEVER sell this adopt for USD.  
  • You may only resell characters for what you bought them for, unless they have accrued more art.  If they have no more art than when purchased, you may only sell them for up to what you paid for them, and no more.
  • You also may not purchase Art/Characters with the intention of Profiting off of me.

Adoptable Specific TOS

• You may only resell characters for what you bought them for, unless they have accrued more art.  If they have no more art than when purchased, you may only sell them for up to what you paid for them, and no more.
• If you traded for a character, you may not sell them unless money was exchanged in the trade.  Otherwise they may only be traded.
• You MUST credit me as the character designer.
  • Do not credit yourself as the creator/designer.
  • Please do not credit my furvilla/flightrising/etc as the character creator.  Please credit either my Toyhou.se, Tumblr or my Deviantart!
• Please tell me if you trade/resell the adopt.  I like to keep track of who owns characters~
• You may use the character in media such as comics, games, books, etc, but you must discuss this and gain my permission before doing so as there may be legal fees involved.

Commission Specific TOS

• NSFW Art, including extreme gore, any nudity, etc is for those who are 18+ only regardless of your country's regional rules.  When purchasing any NSFW art, you must provide proof of your age.
• You may not use my art for any giveaways or raffles under any circumstances.
• Many small edits, or large edits of commissions may be subject to extra charges.
• Once I start on a commission, there are no refunds.
• Full Payment is due up front.
• You may not sell my artwork.
• You may not edit my artwork.
• If you plan to use the artwork for any commercial purposes (Books, comics, games, etc), you must discuss it with me first as there may be legal fees involved.

Personal Character Usage TOS

• You may not use any of my personal characters for yourself for any reason.  Do not steal them, claim them as your own, or make characters based on/inspired by my characters.
• Many of my OCs are very personal/special and were created from a big part of my own personality, wants and desires.  Please DO NOT kin with any of my characters.  My characters, personas and fursonas are not you.
• Characters that are not in my Sale/Trade folder are not for sale or trade.  Please do not ask to buy them.
• While I appreciate gift art so so much, and as much as it may make me seem like an asshole, it makes me uncomfortable to receive art from a complete stranger that I've never spoken to as I feel as if I owe the person for such a wonderful gift.  So, again while I appreciate every single piece with all of my heart, please do not gift me art unless we've talked at least some or we're friends.  
  • I generally prefer to commission artwork, so feel free to send me your Commission info any time!
  • The exception to these is on Websites such as ArtFight or on forum games of course!
