Lumi

Lumi is a Froslass/Litten fusion and is the self proclaimed second in command of Snowpoint Temple. No other pokemon really opposes her though as she is the highest level except for Regigigas, who remains asleep. And due to her secondary typing, fire, she makes a formidable opponent since the pokemon inhabiting the area are often ice type.

She spends most of her time tidying up the bottom floor of the temple and keeping the other pokemon in line. If there were a royal system in place she would insist on being the queen, but is instead typically viewed as a stern mother-like figure. This doesn't bother her much though as long as she is respected and likes to help the other pokemon when she can.

Her prized possession is her Never-Melt-Ice, which has been formed into a crown. It enhances her Ice typed moves, particularly Blizzard, that she uses to keep humans away from the temple. Even though she views herself as the boss, she is essentially just a guardian until the chosen trainer comes to awaken Regigigas.
