Personality: Rona is a dedicated and often gives mercy to those who deserve it, she lets the people who spray paint old buildings a pass but not those that rob people or want to cause harm. She Studies and works hard along with acting upon the duty she was given as an officer.

Rona grew up in a nuclear family, mother, father and herself,  happy and honest with each others feeling, the only downside was the lack of funds for their family, they were a lower class family, paycheck to paycheck life, but they were happy with what they have and saved whatever they could for treats like pizza or going to the movies, if there anything that did not need fixing during the month. Rona went to school and made friends with a girl name Piper, the two of them hit it off well and became fast friends during school.

Piper told Rona about the intrusive thoughts she had while growing up and Rona helped her get her mind off it, making up games and puzzles that Piper adored.

Life was treating Rona good and it was going to get better, in her parents perspective, her father who worked as a mechanic for a snack manufacturing plant had gotten a promotion due to finding a flaw in the machine that enabled the food to be produced twice as fast but have little to none nutritious impact, in some cases could even be toxic to eat, he had fixed the problem and told the higher ups at the company and was well rewarded, becoming a supervisor to a larger plant in Unity City, unfortunately for Rona and Piper's friendship that means that Rona had to leave her best friend behind, they made friendship bracelets for each other before Rona's moving day and the two went their separate ways for now.

Moving from a small city to a big one can b a tough transition for any kid, but not Rona, she learned to become self-reliant and cautious after discovering her power to jettison air from the limbs from her body, she felt most comfortable mimicking a gun with her fingers and blowing away falling leaves or flies in the air with a strong puff. In her new life she get to have all the brand name snacks all the time, she began studies under Unity Jr, High, the largest school in the city, she became a top student and called Piper over the phone after a few years, but one day she calls her and she never answers, days, weeks, months...it seemed like her best friend was gone for good, she decided to become a detective to try and find her friend after graduating her high school, she studied hard and preformed well in physical exams, taking morning jogs to maintain high stamina and watching old dojo fighting tapes before she enrolled in some self-defense classes.

Rona graduated with high marks, due to her dedication for studying and drive to find her best friend, she enrolled into a police academy and was tasked to become a guard at one of the local prisons, just another step on her way to finding Piper, although she didn't know it was her last. Rona finds Piper in the prison and Rona became so relieved and confused as to why she ended up here, Piper explains her incident that landed her in here, being framed for a robbery and requiring a prosthetic hand after it was severely burned by the criminals pinning this on her. Piper decided to change her name to Ember, Rona pleaded with a judge to let Ember be taken under her supervision and care, placing her on house arrest in her home, keeping tabs on her as well as for her own safety.

Rona was given custody of Ember, the first thing she did when Ember stepped in her home was hug and cry after missing her friend for a decade. They rekindled their friendship, Rona didn't lose the bracelet Ember made for her. Rona continued her job as an officer while making sure Ember stayed out of troubled, eventually Ember was granted parole after good behavior, she always eyes a casino from time to time though. Soon the two became a couple and lived in peace in Rona;s house.
