Ellis Chase

Earnest, serious young man with a inferiority complex. He doesn't want to be seen as average and works hard as Caspian's apprentice, not letting up the opportunity to be something great. His neighbor is Persius, and their relationship is a bit strange. They both like each other, but Ellis tends to be oblivious or denies his feelings, feeling awkward and nervous at times like a school girl with a crush. Dislikes the Phantom Thief (Persius but he doesn't know that), and vows to catch him one day.
