Ki'an lore characters are closed species (c) thelxlbloodlxlprince. Use/recreation in any way is forbidden. Want one? Hit me up for a custom!

The following info is the TOS for ALL of my species.
By purchasing a Kian exclusive species (Kitkin, BloodNaga, etc),
you acknowledge the TOS and agree to the following terms:

1. You may resell (for your buying price or lower) or trade your character, but must notify me of the new user. (price can increase to match commissioned work if additional artwork you commissioned has been purchased)
2. You may not claim any Ki'an species as your own species/creation.
3. You may alter the appearance of your character, but only to a certain extent. Below is the things you are/aren't permitted to change on your character. Breaking any of the rules results in nullification of your character and other consequences (read this journal thoroughly!)
4. You may not under any circumstance use your character for commercial reasons in any form. This includes but is not limited to, tshirt design, intellectual claim, graphic novels for sale, etc.
5. You may have your character appear in any alternate universe you desire, so long as doing so doesn't break the specific character's individual species limits (IE, a Common Kitkian summoning themselves into a different realm wouldn't be accurate, as Commons don't hold that much power! But if they were to befriend a Hollow for example.... ;D)
6. Empty accounts may not adopt.
7. Gifting characters to blacklisted users is forbidden, and will result in said character being revoked, and you being blacklisted as well.

Can Change:
~ Gender
~ Horn style (MUST fit in their species type horn variants)
~ hair length/style/type/color
~ Percings/scars/tattoos---> NOT their pattern.
~ Body type (thin/fat/scrawny etc)
~ Height
~ Eye/gem Color/gem power (must fit within their rarity limits)
~ Can remove limbs/tails/features, but only in the form of a scar, and with prior contact clearing it through myself first. Aka, if you want a tail-less Kitkin, you gotta rip both of em off, and yer babe now has scars where the root of his tails once were.

Every other visible aspect of your character(s) is unchangeable (removing gems, significant pattern alterations, adding wings or extra tails, etc.) Read on for specifics!

• DRASTIC pattern alterations that change the character/makes them unrecognizable are unallowed.
• Small alterations to the design and colors are ok, but MUST be cleared through me first before they are official. Anything modified into a higher tier of design (such as a common brown Kitkian edited to have light pastel aka Etheric/Hallow colors) will require a feature fee just like a normal custom design would.

Cannot Change:
x You may not edit your character in ways that are described as unallowed above
x You may not claim a species design as your own after purchase
x You may not breed your character and have resulting offspring without going through me prior, even for verbal roleplay means. Any offspring be them hybrids or otherwise need to be created through myself. (Saying your character has offspring for story purposes is permitted. Having said offspring as a defined character, even if vaguely defined, that is played/used in any way must abide by the above rule's stipulations.)
‘Breeding’ is charged just like a regular custom character, as in essence you’re making a new individual of the closed species!
x You may not post the original adopt art by me of your character without providing proper credit in the image's description, which should contain (in any manner you deem to word it) the following:

-Kitkians (or whichever species of mine) are a closed species, © to thelxlbloodlxlprince. Use/creation without permission is forbidden.

~ You may roleplay/post your Ki'an exclusive species on any site, but credit and linking back to me must be given somewhere in their post's signature, or the specific character's page for the species/credit.

---Failure to do any of these rules, or violate any of them, results FIRST in a friendly contact, notifying you of the rule violation, and if the situation isn't rectified through that then it results in a permanent block/blacklist for my art, as well as having FA administration being contacted for mis posted Art. If continuation of violation of Ki'an species copyrighted content persists, legal action will be taken. In addition, you will forfeit your ownership of your character, and they will be rehomed and resold, as per result of you breaking the TOS. You agree to the above TOS with receiving your Ki'an exclusive character, and acknowledge you willfully forfeit any claim to said character if you break any of the TOS rules. By buying a Ki'an closed species, you are agreeing and understand the above rules fully.
