About His Quirk : 

❄ He inherited his quirk from his mother who usually is seen in the climate changes and storm happens, his mother takes action and absorbs the wind and makes it as her own quirk.  Pheobus was trained by his own mother till he goes to U.A High School, because his mother know his very shy to make friends.  His mother gave their heirloom to Phoebus knowing that he can help him control and command the winds. 

❄ His Wind Manipulation is used for healing purpose and not for hurting some-one but if needed, he can turn the winds to hurt some-one which he really hates himself if that happens, but according to his mother. if he can control it not to hurt someone but to chain by winds, he can do it.

❄ Wind Creation : with the use of manipulation, he can create and make use of his wind abilities. 

Moves : 

• Wind of Wisp  - With the use of Winds and the heirloom that his mother gave, Phoebus can create small wispy orbs that gathers around his whole body and command and use as it will, but he must learn to fully understand how it works and not to hurt any-one.  
• Healing Winds - he create a wind breeze that heals people injuries but it cost him he's strength. 
• Mini Hurricanes - He created mini hurricanes that hurt people if needed especially on enemies .
• Whirlwinds - With the use of whirlwinds, he can use to fly to the sky and help other people when needed, if in the danger he can command the wind to make chains via the whirlwinds and bind them in ground for about 1 minutes. 

Relationships : 

Nox - Childhood Friend //although they are super close to each other // phoe tries his best to maintain his distance for sometimes he is scary.

Genji - Phoebus consider genji as his older brother because he is always kind to him and supportive and best friend

Keita - Best Friend
