Checkerz is a fan character for the Five Nights at Freddy's series. (+ brief presentation here)

Checkerz is a bit taller than the other animatronics, standing at 7"10. She has a much more different endoskeleton than the others as well. She has a checkered bowtie around her neck, which gave her her signature name. She has semi bright colors with light toned fur. Unlike the shiny toys, she has velvety fur that covers her. She wears a semi-bright red eyeshadow, and she has the same colored red cheeks. She has brightly colored hair to catch the attention of many teens who adore her. She also wears piercings on both of her ears, two up on her ear and one other piercing with a star on it.

Checkerz is not as hostile as the other animatronics, but at 4-5am by night 3 in FNaF 2, she can become more aggressive. Like Old Foxy, she can see through the mask. She isn't as easily tricked, but she can be distracted easily by music. She is one of the more presentable and friendlier animatronics during the day, a lot of teens like her. Unlike Mangle, kids aren't allowed to go near her at all. Checkerz is specifically made for teens.

For being built a bit later than the other toy animatronics, she functions very well. They made sure to do a bunch of test runs on her due to the bite of 87. They were very cautious of putting her out at first, but soon realized how much teens enjoyed her. She has a speaker in her section of the pizzeria that plays rock and roll music, which she also enjoys, and helps to keep her calmer. If the security guard activates her music during the night, she can be easily distracted. Though, she is not hostile during the day, during the night is a different story. The night is when she becomes bloodthirsty. Like Old Foxy, she can see through the Freddy mask, so she doesn't fall for that trick. She can be hard to keep track of, but she mainly stays in the back rooms for the most part, or the main hallway with Mangle and Toy Chica.
