- If a character was TRADED for, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.

- If a character was gotten for FREE, it CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted. It does not matter how much extra art there is. This is a permanent rule and persists throughout every transfer of the character.

- If a character was BOUGHT from me, it CANNOT be sold for more than bought for unless it comes with extra art. This also includes turning around and making the adopt into a suit, it item like a plush, to be sold. (personal suits are fine, but buying it with the intent to make a suit to sell is breaking my TOS)

- You may not use the character in any commercial usage (ie - use it in a book you plan to sell)

- You may not use the character in any use of an NFT

- You may not use the character to turn it into a semi-closed, closed, for-profit, or personal species.
