Profile
Stratosphere can create clouds and black matter and celestial / space matter from his mouth. In these clouds of celestial mix gravity can be altered and particles and atoms can be re-arranged and changed. The smog creates an effect that resembles a the background of space with mixed space dust and stars
Stratosphere doesn't originate from the planet he resides in, but he loves the "earth dogs" and all other things relating to earth. He's able to communicate perfectly fine and fit in with the beings of this planet and has chosen to stay here for the foreseeable future. He spends most of his time studying the sky and space, staying out late and travelling just to witness the beauty and wonders.
Despite residing on Earth, stratosphere can space travel through the smog and create portals using it to different places in earth, different planets, alternative dimensions and alternative universes.
