History
Belle was born into a very rich line of demons. The Miyuki family is insanely well known around the world for being very successful and business oriented family. Belle feels very pressured to be successful, even though her family isn't putting any pressure on her and want to to live a normal childhood she always has a voice in the back of her head telling her shes not going to be enough for them.
Her big sister Orina is someone who even though she loves, Orina is an example of what is making her scared. Orina became a famous pop star at a fairly young age, and Belle feels like she needs to match her success to be a good member of her family, which makes her self confidence suffer.
Belle is pretty introverted. She suffered from anxiety and has trouble talking to people her age, mostly due to teasing in middle school. People would belittle her for being shy and she became very reclusive because of it.
All of Belles family members do praise Belle for having a very cool power, as shes the first in her family to own such a powerful ability such as ice manipulation. Belle wants to use her gift to the best of her ability and since she's always looked up to powerful demons shes always wanted to become one. So Belle begged her family to let her attend [school all my demons attend] to teach her how to use her power better to help people around her and to be proud and confident of herself.
Amelia is someone very important to Belle, as they've been friends for years. they met in middle school and when they found out they both got accepted into [school all my demons attend] they were ecstatic. Amelia is one of Belles favorite people to talk to and she tells her everything.
Damien is is someone Belle heavily admires. at first she she just thought he was attractive, the when they were put in the same class and socialised she realised that her interest to him was going deeper than his looks, since he had lots of things in common, video games, being teased, etc. She really looks up to him, as hes so determined to reach his goals and she just has a really big crush on him.

Ice manipulation
Her power is ice manipulation. She can basically just create ice at will. She needs to be well hydrated though or she'll create dry ice instead of normal ice. If she uses her power in a moment of high emotional intensity, for example while shes pumped full of adrenaline or crying her powers are unpredictable and hard to control.
Cold resistance
She has a smaller ability that is very helpfull, her body is very used to the cold and she will not get hypothermia from ice or snow at all. her body still gets cold but ice will never harm her body.

Personality
Belles personality is very introverted. To a stranger shes extremely shy and timid, her voice is very soft and does her best not to anger anyone. If you get to know her though you'll find out shes a very kind and fun person. she isnt some secret extrovert or anything like that but if shes comfortable around you she'll crack jokes and let you in on her personal life. She will still remain timid though, as thats just who she is. Belle has a very quiet personality so if she speaks her mind she means alot to you.

Damien is someone Isabelle really admires, both in a romantic and platonic way. He was always super kind to her and they share similar interests. Belle gets super nervous around him and she has the biggest crush on him, it's really cute to observe.
Amelia

Amelia is one of Belles first friends, they've known each other since primary school and they both got accepted into the same high school. Belle confines in Amelia, and their personalities mix well together, as Amelia supports Belle with anything she does.

Cai and Belle aren't the best of friends, as she knows that he is better friends with Damien than anyone else, but she would say that she's able to consider herself his friend. But they arent strangers either, as She'd go play videogames with him and Damien whenever she gets the chance.
Orina

Orina is Belles sister. They have a very close bond even though Belle can find Orina to be overbearing at times. They dont get to see each other very often due to Orina always on tour and doing pop star stuff, but whenever they get the chance they always enjoy each others company.
