Avi is slender in build with rust red skin that is nearly completely unblemished, save for a large arcane scar (resembling lichtenburg figure) that travels from his lower left jaw/cheek area down to his left arm. Like your typical Tiefling he has two pointed horns that grow from his forehead, a long forked tail, cloven hooves and short pionted ears. Other features that might not be as easily visible are the sharper than normal insicors to match his orange forked tounge. His pupiless eyes tend to glow a faint white yellow glow that is most noticable in the dark. He has long straight brown hair that is shaved along the sides of his head with bangs that swoop to the right of his face. His hair comes down to a very long braid that could reach down to his ankles but instead wrap loosley around his shoulders. Avi can be typically seen wearing his multicolored dark purple cloak of protection that covers a fairly basic vest and shirt with loose fitting pants. Lastly dark colored sleeves cover both arms starting from the elbow and are cut off at the base of the fingers.

Prior to his current circumstance Avi was quite a carfree and curious kid. He would spend most of his days either learning about anything he could, exploring the local area, or caring for the animals and plants that helped maintain his and Silas secluded lifestyle. Although he had this inquisitive nature about him he still remained cautious of other people, generally stearing away from highly populated areas. After the dissappearance of Silas and the loss of his home Avi retreated into himself and seemingly lost all former confidence. Since he was forced to travel town to town he made sure to keep a low profile, using disguising spells and diception to go mostly unseen. A more timid and cautious disposition crept up in him after the months he travelled on his own, facing the worlds uncertanties. Now with his current companions Avi maintains a cautious and nervous air about him but slowly seems to get better as time goes on.

Before going off on his current quest Avi lived on a secluded peninsula surrounded by miles of cold marshland, days away from the nearest village, with his adoptive father and mentor Silas. In a seemingly small humble tower the two lived a fairly self-reliant lifestyle. Avi has no memory of his biological family, regardless of the two not being related by blood they treated each other like family, and although Avi had no magical ability of his own Silas sought to become his mentor in knowledge of the arcane. Unfortunately, Avi was forced to live a fairly sheltered lifestyle away from most civilization due to the paranoia and fear that others harbored about him and his mentor. In the secluded area they lived in magic, and magic users weren't all that common. It was then when Avi was a teenager that their relatively peaceful existence was brought to an abrupt end. It was on one fateful night when destruction and chaos was brought into their lives. An unknown force seemingly took Silas away from Avi in the middle of the night, and along with him, the tower.

Avi was forced to leave his home but not before being granted one last gift from his former mentor. Silas' staff was the one lone artifact recovered from the imploded tower, and while Avi had no previous arcane abilities once he came into contact with the staff he was imbued with the knowledge and power to use magic, leaving him with a scar that reaches from the side of his cheek down to his arm. From that moment forward Avi traveled north of the continent in search of answers for Silas' disappearance. Unfortunately, Avi spends his months in travel searching in vain. Unable to find the clues he had been searching for Avi becomes lost in more ways than one and ends up wandering his way further north until he meets up with his current party Momi and Robyn.

Avi is able to channel arcane power with the help of Silas' staff as his arcane focus. The magic he produces is wild and chaotic, with a high chance of firing back on him if not properly channeled.

• Piper- Silas' grey Percheron horse who Avi had used to travel up north before losing her in the mountain forest.
• Avi learned infernal mostly through reading and isn't completely fluent speaking it.
• He made the multicolored cloak of protection himself with the help of Silas (who enchanted it)
• Avi learned to sew through a combination of reading and Silas who makes and enchants almost all of his own attire.
• Most of Avi's arcane abilities have a colorful sparkling glow to them, similar to something seen used by fey creatures
• The magical tower Silas and Avi lived in had an enchantment put on it by Silas that allowed the interior to exist within a sort of pocket dimension making it far larger on the inside than it is on the outside. The land also contained a small barn with farmland where they housed various livestock to maintain their self-reliant lifestyle
• The two would traveled on occasion in order to sell magical wares or pick up supplies although Avi never accompanied Silas on his longer journeys.
• Avi had learned about most spells through reading even though he could not preform them himself it later on it allowed him to be fairly competent (although nervous) with spell usage once he gained the ability to cast spells of his own.
• Although he casts most spells through his staff he is able to cast spells without it but rarely does so.
