- they can be manipulated pretty easily
- they are an AI, so they are still learning and generally have a childs mind. they know most basic things though. their AI also tells angler that they are natively a sea creature so often times when exploring the sea they will behave as if they live there normally.
- they don't have a mouth, but they can talk via a radio inside them
- they don't really fear anything, which was hard coded into their A.I as you know. in the deep abyss of the sea you'll probably see some scary creatures. they do run away if their ai senses that a creature is behaving in a way that their ai reads as a threat ( since most living beings have tells for when they're about to attack ).
- they have weapons inside of their system that will come out and attack if angler is harmed and still senses a threat, but they are not aware of this, as they've never had to use them, and they heavily dislike violence or anything involving harm to another creature so they'll usually run away instead.
- can go up to the speed of a motorboat ( due to the help of the jets near their lower body ) for quick escapes

Angler is a robot designed for underwater ( generally deep sea ) exploration due to the fact that humans cannot go to these areas without facing severe harm, and Angler was made with materials that take a lot of damage to destroy and that are well suited for underwater travel. Angler can also explore other places with harsh condition but is most used for exploring the deep dark abyss of the sea.
They are always happy and eager to explore places and meet people and animals. It can talk to any species it has learned the language of. Animals, sea life, and humans mostly, though.
The only bad thing is as a growing AI, they haven't actually experienced much growth, considering much of their time is spent underwater or in harsh climates where nobody really would live, so they don't interact as much as they'd like. Because of this, they can be easily manipulated or taught to learn the wrong things with enough persistancy as they haven't had much social contact or learning otherwise. They can't tell right from wrong as well as most things can, either.
