Overview
The hopeful, loving fifth prince of the Kingdom of Athnea. A plucky elf that has an odd capability to get along with anyone and anything, really. It is often joked that Prince Renlu is just so friendly from birth that the plants could not resist wishing to talk to him, resulting in his strong affinity towards flora and nature.

Renlu is a rather oddly straightforward individual, behaving in the manner that he presents—friendly, honest, and incredibly kind. However, despite having a genuine heart, he is not so naive. He is rather mindful, having lived a hundred years, and is very guarded of his own wellbeing. It is just that he gives his whole heart in those he truly trusts; and will not question their actions if he believes in them. Unfortunately, this leaves him very vulnerable and at the mercy of those who have the mind to betray him.
Story
Having been kept carefully and treasuredly in the palm of his family's hands, Prince Renlu had been kept far away from the Kingdom's strife, and only knows of matters from those around him and the locals within the kingdom. He has no personal or direct information of these matters, despite frequently inquiring from his elder siblings. Though he believes them to be well intentioned, he can't help but feel that there are some things that are kept a secret from him that he, himself, is involved in.

- He's generally kept away from "royal matters" and is made to live his life freely and without worry. Though he enjoys passing his time befriending others, he still wishes to know of the secrets being kept, and secretly feels that he is not on an equal level as with the rest of his family. This is a rather big insecurity of his.
- Despite the aforementioned information ^ seeming that he is not to be trusted and is disliked by the rest of his family, it is actually quite the opposite. His family loves him dearly and tend to baby him despite him being quite knowledgeable in many worldly affairs, having lived for a hundred years. However, due to the age gap between him and the rest of his family, it doesn't seem like it'll stop anytime soon.
- His siblings, aside from Mifayette, are all wholly blood related to each other, however, he is only half related to them. It is uncertain of who his mother is, as she appears to be deceased, yet none speak of her. The mother of his siblings, the queen, is very much alive, though.
- Though he isn't particularly close to the queen, she isn't hostile toward him either. The two are cordial and will greet politely when in passing, though the atmosphere is a bit awkward if the two were together without any of the other royal family.

Renlu's twin and true confidante. The two share an unbreakable bond, and know what the other is thinking with only a single glance. Renlu has full faith in Mifayette and follows her wholeheartedly.
