- dark valkyrie-esque queen, her nightmares give dreams of glory to the power-hungry but she chooses who succeeds and who fails horribly
- dreamers are tested against her personal mettle ("how far will you go to succeed"), those who she's interested in and allows to pass are inducted into her personal army, she's majorly ambitious and hopes to claim enough territory to create a kingdom. generally she chooses people who react differently from how she expected them to, or take creative routes to win their goals
- iron-willed, cruel, and pretty manipulative generally <:3c her cruelty comes less from the desire to inflict suffering and more from her icy determination to cut down people who interfere with her goals
- also very vain. she's elegant and graceful despite her origins being in war and glory, and will generally employ diplomacy first in the face of resistance
- she's good at giving deeply tempting "compromises" to the weak-willed, which are generally a terrible deal to the other party but prey on their deepest fears
- when she parleys with the strong-willed, she typically tries to enter in an alliance with them - she's an incredibly powerful ally to have, but you will be asked to give up or promise a great deal in return. meanwhile if you directly challenge her she will gladly try her best to mow you down
- her nightmare realm is structured like a monarchy. she has no interest in the disloyal but those who prove themselves repeatedly get rewarded as long as their ambitions don't directly interfere with her own (e.g., she'll give you your own realm and land and vassals as long as you're not gunning for the same territory or to overthrow her)
- extremely devoted to structure and organization, her rule is effective due to her dedication to making sure everything is optimized and efficient

REALM
A sprawling city whose buildings are a blend  of various ancient kingdom architectural styles. Everything is made out  of carved, gilded marble and her personal residence is a palace complete  with a court and meticulously pruned garden.

RELATIONSHIPS

{YDEU} (uchiha itachi voice) Foolish little brother.
{ADRESTIA} girlfriend and also the only person to exist who Helene simultaneously hates, is fond of, and deeply respects. Killing her is number one on the agenda but Helene is also Super Gay for her. You probably don't want to ever be  on the same battlefield as the two of them.
{YARROW}  Has several bounties on her head for eating everything in the realm,  from her brother's sword to her own designer feather dresses. The damn  goat is virtually unkillable, but Helene now has several spare fur  coats.
{ARATA} Completely unremarkable except for her dedication to that one goal that Helene might actually be willing to make a deal with her over. Contract details are currently unknown.
{RORO} An interesting one. Her persistence and ambitions to hit on All the Girls are impressive enough to merit an invite to the harem.
{FEL} A petty being devoid of ambition, but Helene can appreciate the aesthetic merits of stepping on her.
{MIRZA} As  petty and useless as Fel, but even worse because they have a similar  penchant for designer dresses and there's only so many rich b*tches the  stygian economy can hold at once, you know
