Massive tsundere. Gets embarrassed/defensive if anyone points out he's being nice. Tries to exude an aura of stern unapproachability, but actually pretty soft hearted. Likes sticking his nose into everyone's business and trying to fix everyone else's problems while ignoring his own. Very practical, 'just doing what needs to be done' attitude to everything. That includes crossdressing or flirting with someone to achieve an objective etc

Qianran
Zeying treats Qianran as his weak junior sect brother who needs protection. (Qianran's actually probably more powerful than him, but he's putting up an act so he can be clingy with Zeying). Acts exasperated but always secretly looking out for Qianran. Determinedly brainwashing himself to believe that his feelings towards Qianran are just that of a senior sect brother towards a junior

Actively hates on his amnesiac self for acting so OOC (in his opinion). Thinks his amnesiac self is ruining everything and needs some sense knocked into him for flirting back in response to Qianran's flirting.
