Alison

Alison is an elemental spirit who has been destined to help a great hero upon her coming of age ceremony. She has known her destiny since her childhood and has spent her whole life training and waiting with excitement of the prospect of empowering a mighty hero in the mortal realm. Upon coming of age, her mother, the Elemental Goddess Gaia, would perform a ritual that would bind Alison’s magical essence to a mortal hero in need of her help. The pairing is decided by a string of fate that will lead the spirit and hero together for a brief moment in the mortal realm.

Alison grew up with the tales of her sister's bonding experiences and went into her ceremony with a certain amount of expectation. Usually her sisters would return to the elemental realm within mere minutes, rarely hours, to gush about their brave hero and the indescribable pleasure of their magic flowing through their hero’s noble actions. She was fully expecting to meet her hero and return within minutes. She was confident that her power was desirable, she even had a speech prepared to explain the gift she was bestowing upon her chosen hero. However, things didn't go as she expected.
