1. Designs by me that are bought with a viable tender through me may be used for commercial purposes. This includes art I've made of the design already present.

-> Designs of mine bought off another person in which the original deal between myself and the previous owner was a trade of some sort, or given for free do not come with commercial rights towards any of my art of the design. Inquire with me if looking to commercialize the art of the design in any way please.

-> Designs that are meant for CS do have to comply with CS rules before mine, so if a CS does not allow commercial use then my designs cannot be used for commercial purposes.

2. Any design or art of mine can NOT be turned into NFTs, Blockchain technology, or any sort of crypto-related tenders.

3. On Toyhouse only, my free designs cannot be given or used as currency in any "free character shelter"-like profiles. Please send them back to me if they end up in one or trade off for completely free (no point systems apply to them); You may become blacklisted if I find you have given one of my designs away to one of these accounts.
