Shea Vincent

Shea never knew her mom, who apparently left shortly after she was born, and her dad, eventhough he was present, was more her manager than her father.As she was pretty, her father took the opportunity to take her to a lot of castings to promote clothes, but as she loved her dad and wearing a lot of nice clothes she let him do it. She had a lot of friends in her environment and in the neighborhood (as she worked a lot she was home-schooled), she liked the contact of others, even if she tends to be shy. She likes to observe what other people are doing or to analyze the style of dress of people to know how to talk to them, like if someone has not very luxurious clothes she will do her best so that the person in front of her is not embarrassed by her money.
She had several boyfriends, even though she wasn't interested in relationships, she saw them as experiences and wanted to see where it could go. She still did her best in her relationships even if they ended up being over after a while. She loved fashion and clothes, and did her best to support the designers of the clothes she liked because they deserved recognition. Shea's father saw a lot of women, one of whom took their relationship too seriously and reacted very badly when she realized she was taking it too seriously and committed suicide. One of her sons set fire to Shea's house in revenge. Shea's father noticed the fire fairly quickly and ran away because he was too drunk to go get his daughter, by the time help arrived, she had already suffered numerous burns and one of her eyes had gone blind. After that, Shea lost her job, and even though she found it hard to forgive her father she stayed living with him, he apologized a lot and she felt guilty that he felt so bad.
She gradually started to escape from others, closing herself off and refusing to see people she liked because her marks hurt and she was ashamed of what she looked like, she spent a lot of time reading magazines with the curtains closed because she missed her old life After a while, she got fed up and said to herself that her situation would not change and that it was better to move on and killed herself.
When she arrived at the academy, she was disgusted and tried to kill herself several times, but it never worked. Since she had too little magic to erase her marks she decided to put on bandages to attract less attention, and since she had savings from her previous life she was able to live with them. Since she didn't want to go out she decided to take an interest in things she didn't care about before, like cooking, reading and even sewing, it took a while but since she had a lot to spare it suited her and it allowed her to think about other things and also to move on. She also started watching people through the window again and tried to guess what they were like and sometimes had crushes on people she couldn't wait to talk to. She met Meredith and felt close to him, and felt a connection that made her tell him about herself and feel safe and connected with him. This has helped her move forward even more and she sometimes puts on her bandages less because she has noticed that people don't care about her marks and is now starting to study design and styling. She was given the option to have her marks removed but decided to keep them because they were part of her. Since Meredith loves shells, she collects them whenever she can and gives them to him, sometimes she buys them in specialized stores.
