Design

A big fluffball, dark parts (legs) are like an inky void. Its mask is made of a pearly and rubbery porcelain, yet, oddly enough, its face can move and react like a normal face. It has space inside its mouth, yet only goes in a few inches, . Ribbons are flesh-based and malleable like arms, they can hold up to 10 pounds

Most people feel extremely uncomfortable being around it, as if its whole aura exudes a complete uncanny feeling. It is known for pulling knives out on people.

HeHe lacks any real empathy towards other beings, and treats its whole life as a joke (which is very well may be). Its intelligence is quite low, directly affecting its rise in personal confidence. Nothing HeHe does is in malice or for personal gain; it just does what it does on a daily basis, without intent.

No one is quite sure where HeHe ;) originated from. It is a fusion between a Gastly and a Syleveon, possibly created in some sort of lab. What is under that mask is a mystery, but maybe it's best no one finds out...
