As the eldest child of the renowned Graysongs, Falche caused quite a shock to their well-to-do family when they turned their back on a promising musical career and left the safe walls of Divinity's Reach. All they wanted to do was to get away from their overbearing parents, and maybe see the world. They didn't expect to befriend a magical prodigy, or for her to lead the charge in a war that threatens to unravel reality itself.

(Nor, for that matter, did they expect to be captured by an ancient and terrible dragon, and left permanently weakened, with shadows at the edge of their vision and nightmares of crawling vines at their back.)
