Harlan

 Harlan is probably the most out-of-place on Len's crew. He is a genuinely good guy that got caught up in trouble and can't find his way out of it. The pay is phenomenal enough to stick around, and his crewmates are pretty darn funny, so why fight what has happened?
He tries really hard to stay positive and see the good in what the crew does for a living, but he makes it more difficult on himself than need be by refusing to cooperate with his crewmates when it comes to violent means. And yes, his pay is worse than the other crewmates because of it, but he's fine with that-- it still manages to be the best job he's ever had despite the severe dock.

Overall, Harlan comes off seemingly shy, agreeable to avoid confrontation or frustration for others. He is very optimistic, and attempts to find good in others, even when they give little to work with. He likes to think that if he doesn't judge others, perhaps others won't judge him!

• Despite being a kind, polite man with a positive outlook... His luck is rotten, and it's about the only thing he'll lament out loud
• He might be a sweetheart, but he knows exactly what he's doing with his life at the moment, and sees no need to stop the cashflow... He can gamble with the best of them, steal for the sake of stealing, and play dirty where need be to get a better outcome. (Not that he'd get far considering his luck, overall)
• Loves racing on anti-grav motorbikes in his free time, and will occasionally goad his crewmates into racing against him
