Talsimir

Talsimir is a resident of Talvaska who operates mostly in the underground. He has a genuine sympathy for humankind and their ephemeral existences. He feels that it is a shame that beings with such lofty goals find the ends of their lives so quickly. He works for a dual purpose. He finds women who had high aspirations in their life that were cut short and never realized. He offers them a second chance at life in exchange for "tempering" magical weapons that are forged from their memories. He takes a fairly impartial stand as to what the girls do with their lives. It is all the same to him as long as he gives them the chance and gets his product out of the deal. These weapons that he attains are stronger than normal magical weapons but due to how they are acquired, are viewed as unethical by most of his kind.
