Background

One of my oldest OCs still around (2008?).  High School sweethearts with Jay.

A very egoistic and selfish individual, Red only acts in self-interest.  He rarely gets truly angry (unless Jay is concerned) but he is quick to turn violent and destructive.  He doesn't care about others opinions and doesn't temper his behavior for them.  Tends to be sloppy and unmotivated outside of his direct interests. Is very possessive of Jay and gets jealous easily, but he doesn't want to hurt Jay or make him angry, so he tries to hold back.  At first he was an unhinged person who would turn physical at the drop of a hat, but since meeting Jay he's mellowed out greatly.  As long as he has Jay he's happy.

High school: If not for his family's donations to the school and his athletic ability, Red would've been expelled.  Though talented, he is hardly a team player and seems to enjoy bloodshed.  His unpredictable mood and actions cause most to keep a distance from him, but he nevertheless gathers attention.  He is wholly uninterested in anyone else- until he meets Jay.  Red becomes enamored with Jay and spends all his free time in trying to get closer, social conventions be damned.  Realizing Jay doesn't like when he fights others, he tries to tone it down to win his affections.  Red begins to calm much more with Jay next to him.

University: Currently attending university and living with Jay.  Having grown older and with Jay with him, he's become much calmer.  He still has little care for others outside of Jay, but he isn't as likely to fly off the handle in order to maintain relations.  He still hasn't found something he truly wants to pursue, but he wants to support Jay 100%.

• Likes to stay active with sports and exercise
• Is pushed around very easily by Jay
• Appearance:
  • Very tall, no exact height (6'4"?)
  • Thin but athletic. long limbs
  • eyes: olive to emerald green
  • Fur&Hair: fur is bright red, with long, darker red hair. Under top layer of hair is almost black dark red.
• Clothes:
  • I always draw him with a raglan sleeve shirt, but it's mostly a holdover from his first design.
  • except for outerwear, tends to wear tighter fitting, covering clothing.
  • Doesn't wear many patterns
  • Tends to stick with darker colors: navy, black, dark-gray, olive, etc.
  • By default drawn with a low pony, but his hair can be tied up in buns, slick-back, no tie, etc.
