About...
One of the Caretakers of the island, Festi is a high-ranking member of the Provisional Agency. His day-to-day involves maintaining the island's catacombs, and tending to religious funerary rites for mortals. Occasionally, he's pulled away to use his Flame and offer invitations to potential new islanders, but that traditionally only occurs near the end of cycles.
Dedicated to his work and his partners, he's notoriously difficult to get ahold of on the island and extremely stoic whenever bothered. With a deadpan voice and expression, the little flashes of smiles and laughter that peek out around Quinten, Arscay, and Priori are a rare treat.
Still, he's ultimately very respectful as a Caretaker, and doesn't mind comforting newcomers grappling with having their religions turned upside-down.
Personality...
Droning voice and resting bitch face means he scares a lot of people, but the reality-warping lets him alter their perceptions to find him ~alluringly trustworthy~. A cynic and generally negative outwardly, with a monotone voice, but nobody expects the mischievous bratty center.
Reflexively distances himself from people and assumes they wouldn't like his real self. Enjoys play-rivalry-romance with Quinten and making jokes about Quinten to Priori.

- Festi's name comes from Arscay's nickname of "festive-face", but Festi also claims it's from the word 'festering'. He doesn't speak of his birth name.

Abilities...
Flame: Cleaved Gray Flame, Dominion of Reality
Festi's Flame allows him to perfectly alter people's perceptions of reality, in any way he sees fit, with the affected having no way to tell. This encompasses absolutely any situation that you could imagine it does. Festi has some emotional complexes about using it in relation to himself and other's perceptions of him, though.
Powers...
Festi has a god-given power to alter his body in whatever way he likes. He rarely uses it for espionage or fun, but has just tweaked aspects of his body (such as the tip of his tail) he didn't like.
