Trive

Trive is a lean, long-haired, silver tabby with dark grey markings above his nails and under his eyes. He considers these markings rather handsome, especially the dark spots above his nails since it gives him the appearance of having longer claws than he actually does. Also, like his father and uncle, he has a white patch under his throat. This, he is less of a fan of since it often draws the comments from other gods about how much he looks like his father. Due to his domain of luck, he doesn’t bother with keeping his long tail close to himself in crowded areas. Instead, he will go as far as letting it rest on the ground while he has a conversation since there is little to no chance of anyone stepping on it.

His canine teeth are a little long for them to fit fully in his mouth, giving him small fangs when he closes his mouth. While this is generally considered unattractive from the planet where he hails, he doesn’t mind since his mother also had similar teeth. He also feels that his pale blue eyes more than make-up for his fangs.

Trive usually dresses in a suit, but his habit of traveling from party to party leaves his clothes a disaster. Unless he's just starting out from home, Trive is always seen in varying levels of undress and mess. The suit top is generally the first thing to either be destroyed or lost. Like many other gods, he has a fondness for makeup and often applies gold eyeliner.

If it wasn’t for his domain of luck, Trive would be a dead self-destructive wreck of a man. Instead, he’s a very much alive, albeit still very much a self-destructive wreck. A child of a mortal and god, Trive bears a lot of resentment towards his father for ever getting involved with his mother and ditching his mortal children as soon as she died. Trive feels like he was unfairly stuck with immortality and it's more of a punishment than a benefit. Trive struggles with his immortality and how little even a god’s life tends to mean in the grand scheme of things.

He also uses his domain of luck to pull off stupid stunts that wound land most other gods in hot water. His risky behaviour has made him unpopular with most. And those that still like him after all of his stunts often find that they don't want to be around a guy who is going to berate them with insults every time they try to talk to him. Instead of trying to deal with his emotions, he lashes out at others. While he claims he doesn't care how others think about him, he does. Though, Trive firmly believes he doesn't fit in with other gods and can't ever change himself to be able to.
