Loud, energetic and individual, Ohare is the goddess of abnormality and everything weird, offbeat and unexpected. She encourages creativity, self-expression, intensity and being extraordinary. Ohare is hard to predict and difficult to pin down. She marches to the beat of her own drum, and her presence causes strange things to happen. For Ohare, as long as she's being her totally weird self, nothing else matters, and while not as cold as her brother, she is often just as callous. Ohare might not be the most reliable Offspring, but she's outgoing and animated, and generally fun to have around - in limited batches of time.

Ohare has the ability to affect normality and cause the unexpected to occur. She draws attention wherever she goes and enjoys being in the spotlight. Ohare can help people think more creatively and step out of their comfort zones. She can flip probability on its head and turn a million-and-one chance into a sure thing. She can also randomly perform certain feats that might not be within her skill set.

Ohare is the embodiment of the Energy element, the element of electricity, plasma and light. Her weapons of choice are either two handbells she wields like guns called Harmony and Melody, or a flaming bell-stick she wields as a baseball bat. Ohare can cause huge damage with her Energy attacks, like big explosions, burns, and shocks. She is often seen wearing a striped sweater with striped socks and a skirt and shirt, and her signature item is the red whistle she wears around her neck.

Ohare's hobbies are singing, dancing, interior decorating, shopping, and fighting. She is second to Newark in the Offsprings, although she doesn't always agree with his plans. Newark is her counterpart.
